hello its been awhile. blogging from my room in kr now. freshmen orientation week's almost over. which means school's starting soon? and i'm beginning to dread it more than ever. the bidding for modules. which by the way is so completely cannot make it. the fact that it's going to be an uphill struggle all the way for me especially when i don't take physics. i don't know man. but i'm getting quite tired of everything. even before it begins.

anyway oh well. orientation was not too bad i guess. just that i still admit that i enjoyed engin camp more. probably because xinyi was there with me. and we could siao on together. but now... i don't know. i'm like so tired of everything. i'm tired of not being allowed to run. i'm tired of all the cheers. i'm tired of all the camps. maybe what they said about camp instructors making not very good campers is quite true. cos everything's been done dunno how many zillion times at how many zillion camps. it gets tiring after awhile i guess. like oh no this again. great. okay lar. but it wasn't that bad i guess. different in a way. og's really huge though. hardly know a lot of people. but at least i've made a few closer friends. though they're mostly from a-block. a-block's like my second home away from home after d-block lar.

hur hur anyway the kr rockers dance and acapella are like damn zai la. super impressive. and yup kr's a nice big family. yay. oh we've this dating game thing too. my date's super nice lar. cooked me supper to say yes. kim is impressed. though i admit that the thought of having to jio a senior was pretty much uh of a turn off at first i guess. hehhh... oh and i've met my silent extacy partner liao. heh. the only cheer that can keep me high now. heh. ahh super rubbished many tryouts and all. but hur hur i can't run. so yeah. quite pathetic don't you think. confirmed for shape real run too. hopefully can run by then.

i'm very tired. and very very chui. ahhh need to go rag le. bb. sorry for the lack of blogging inspiration. just to prove that i haven't exactly disappeared completely.

hello =) it's been awhile. i'm quite okay. quite some routine life now. if it's not physio then i'm probably out meeting up with people, trying to help out at engin rag or yeah just happily shopping away. haha. i want to run. but i'm still not allowed to. exasperating. nevermind. i think they call it retail therapy. my internet is being weird. it doesnt allow me to see my tagboard for now. rarh. but nevermind. it will soon. always like that. i'll reply soon =)

haha. im on a mad shopping spree. today's an improvement from yesterday already. nabbed a pair of jeans from river island. pretty shocked myself by doing that. ex =( but it's pretty. haha... they've this nice watch too. $45 only. buttt haha i decided it was time for some restraint. finally bought my sp present too. saw many many tjcians today. yesterday was worse. parkway-ed. i declare that dorothy perkins has very nice accessories. -shrugs- couldn't help it. got white pants from there too and two shorts. hurrays. then queensway-ed. hur hurrr... got that new nike duffle bag that's so pretty. good. can fit my bball in. whee... ooh got my new asics shoes too. see im anticipating the moment they'd give me the go ahead to run. rarh dunno what elseee i bought... rarh.

ikea-ed with liesel the other day too... managed to get my bedsheets and all. hurrays. then we orchard-ed the following day. watched die hard 3. and then wahaha more shopping again... whee mango zara taka wisma... haha hurray!

i declare that doing camps this holidays was a really really good thing. it greatly decreases my spending power. haha cos i barely have time for anything. thank goodness for that. =p

met the rest of black pearl at fish and co too. hurrr and first they're laughing cos i've more modules than the chem engineers. (3 out of 8 of us take chem engin ma) orhh... lol. and then they tried to convince me that i wouldnt be able to reach one of those hanging things in fish and co. anddd finally they tried to make me believe that gullible is not in the dictionary. hehhh... but that's why i love them so yes? haha =p they rock la.

sent yanling off to korea with the rocky instructors the other day (she's back already though). this woman tried to convince me that she was going to korea with her family so check out the place so that she can emigrate there. hurrr... i'm not falling for that. haha and ardi tried convince me that table tops of those tables at hawker centres can move (yeah i fell for that before-i tried to move it to see if it was for real) and that if i press the thing at the front of the sky train a seat would come out. hehhh. haha i realised more than ever that people seem to find a lot of joy in bluffing me these days. lol. i must really be some entertaining sight. lol.

i really really want to run. i miss doing camps. i miss the kids. i miss kidnapped. i miss the campfire song. i miss the campfire. i miss the mass rarh rarhs. ahhh =(

whee time for a little update =) been going out quite a fair bit these few days now that im finally allowed to walk. though my walking capability is still quite pathetic. haha... oh well.

went to watch the ndp preview with xin yi yesterday at marina bay... not too bad having a brother marching in the scouts contingent ehs. pretty cool. wahaha... a lot smaller than the usual ndps but then again it's not exactly their fault. the capacity was so so much smaller. oh well. lalala i declare that marina bay is super pretty though. especially at night as it always is. pretty pretty place =)

hmm went for ocs family day with eng wei's parents today. whoa the ocs camp's really really nice la. everythings really a lot nicer than tekong. and i still remember in the tekong audi we were sitting far far away from the recruits who had to sit together for the commisioning.. but over here in ocs they get to sit with us for the talk. whee a lot more freedom and independance in that sense. and i realised ocs people carry themselves very well. hmm eng wei brought us for a tour of the area and whee this is what we saw

his parents gave me a lift to amk. shopped awhile there... haha reminded me of engin camp where we spent the day there and got chased out by the security guard... haha omg. then went to meet my family at toa payoh to celebrate my mum's birthday... happy birthday mum! whee =) and wahaha guess what i met sophiaaa! haha... long time no see! haha and ehhh i met my ftpss campers too... wahaha so qiao lor. went to bugis thereafter to shop for a short while... finally got my white skirt from esprit. yayness!

ahh im being driven to extreme boredom being stuck at home. missing camps like crazy. so so tempted to say yes to veron and ridwan when they asked if i could do the wed to fri camp. but yeah right like i'd be able to. sigh so sad. i wanna be able to walk soon. so that i can just you know go out and shop a little or something. better be this thursday or friday. if this goes on any longer some day im going to become claustrophobic. heh. =(

ended my last camp for most probably a couple of weeks to come with jurong west. hurrays. sadly the way xin yi said it... probably the first and last camp that xin yi, ben and i would to together. so sad. oh well. not really the way i wanted it to end but oh well. nevermind. took the first part of song session before campfire though. haha was completely stunned diao when jeremy asked me to take it. haha quite funny the campfire song i did. the spongebob squarepants version. lol. omg la. i really didn't realise until after we broke camp. oh well. still find it quite hilarious. night sentry-ed with alvan. omg he stays in kr! whee then so qiao i'm applying for kr hall also. not bad. at least i'd know at least one person if i get in. this is so cool. im like so gonna learn dance la. he can be my shi fu. so funkayeee... this is exciting. starting school actually sounds more exciting by the second. haha.

whee... nus engin camp was pretty cool too. hahaha i think xin yi and i zi high until really very high la. by the end of day one we were performing magic tricks and all le. hahaha. super random. but whee it's fun to zi high. lol. anyway black pearl we rocked la. most qian bian og indeed. haha our dance and cheers ar. haha super funny lar. and our fast and furious drift drift drift. lol. super funny. loved the eh eh sarboleh also. super super high. quite sad for my og la. had to endure the few of us going crazy. haha but pretty cool. quite impressed that everyone was so on to zi high together. like come on lor. we pretty much got asked to leave amk hub while trying to do out bengawan solo advertisement... but no our og didn't give up. we went to central stage to perform it for half the world to see. hahaha... omg. we're nuts. and our super combo hei zhen zhu dance got video recorded by the other half the world at sentosa also. super funny also how they all tong kar-ed me together during the finale night. and how we tong kar-ed each other each time we met. haha... ahh... the memories. whee... =)

hello =) im back! hurrays. met eng wei today to go back to tj to get our a level certs and my funny awards. whee pretty cool. the aunty from the sports com still remembers the both of us! lol. not bad lar. she saved me from the security guard. sort of. cos she super confirmed that i was an ex tjcian. so dun need to check the letter. yay pcb today. quite a few familiar faces for tmr's camp. hurrays! it's going to be fun! ben and xin yi are doing too. yay last camp as an instructor for a very long time. if you know why good for you. if you don't... then haha like that lor. super cool lar. got some commendation letter for our last camp with tampines sec. whee super super cool. first time ever. this camp must jiayou le. finish the triple linked camps on a high. yeah man.

went to watch shrek 3 with ben and xin yi at vivo on friday... yayyy not too bad of a show. quite nice. considering i never watched part 1 or 2... it was pretty good. haha. then yay we went to sentosa to play the night luge. super fun lar. we even stopped halfway to take pics lol. i wanna go againnn! haha =p and the carlsberg tower. ooh and xin yi and i bought the shrek ears together too! wheee! haha =) ahh and im not from the jungle. lol.

whee yesterday... yesterday was cool. spent it at tekong. haha watching eng wei and chun kin POP. haha quite funny couldn't find chun kin at first during the jockey presenting ceremony. the one in which the parents do place the jockeys onto their son's heads. nearly panicked lor. hahas. oh well. yay but managed to get a pic with him. haven't uploaded though. haha... then met eng wei after that too... left tekong with him and his parents. a bit awkard i suppose. felt a bit bad. like um taking time that he should be spending with his parents like that. but oh well his parents are pretty nice pple so yup =) whee... tekong was fun. haha.

whee i realised its been nearly a mth since i last updated. so yup. ehh... been out at camps. froggy came back for the ftpss campfire with zhao xiu. yay! been a long time since i last saw him. scared me though. suddenly appeared in the middle of xin yi and i from nowhere. hahas. ooh ben came back for the camp too! yay and his whistle is still with me =/ cos i koped it to try to read the comic strip along the strap. ahh. haha hmm tampines sec was really really fun la. major group fights until super fun. wahaha. our three hour long campfire was super fun also la. ahaha omg my vocab is down to the same two words. super and fun. haha =p

the corporate camp at kulai was pretty interesting too. can't believe they thought i party though. haha the dancing must have been pretty convincing when yinwei and i played something like copycat with them. whee... campchief-ed two camps as well. bedok town was pretty okay just very tiring. haha dunman high at kulai was hmm interesting. their year twos are worlds apart from their year fives who yinwei and i met at loola. oh well. but not bad i think some of my instructors are really very zai. a lot to learn from them too. ooh ooh... stephen got me a big big tortise which pei-ed me all the way in kulai for both the corporate and dunman high camp. so cute la. omggg... haha =p

anyway, tomorrow's mothers day. only realised after jiamin mentioned it at the cafe this afternoon. heh. oh well realising it's mothers day tmr and i'm doing closing... decided to rush home after i was done to cook dinner today. realised i haven't had a dinner together with my family for a long long time. =( suddenly made me remember one of my goals set on read bridge that i should start spending more time with my family. i'm beginning to think so too.

loola was pretty interesting. very different type of camp for dunman high. but pretty cool. got to do boomnetting and zipline again. the locals are really funny. always entertaining us. haha... thanks ar. and hey omg we climbed up coconut trees and plucked the coconuts. haha. i conclude that sitting ontop of the bus is still the best mode of transport around bintan as opposed to sitting in the bus. haha. whee i saw many many schools of flying fish while kayaking too on our island expeditions... there was a school of flying fish jumping right next to my kayak la. so funkaye. saw shooting stars too =) wish upon a shooting star yeah. whee... overseas cip-ed too. helped to get the library of some school in place and painted the wall. fun! whee... haha but i was so shocked when the trekking was trekking up a gunung. haha oh man i wasn't mentally prepared for it seriously. fun fun but super super steep. i think my knee wanted to break after it lar. rope ascend up and down lor. oh well. hahaha... but cool. like my class. really nice to get a hug before they leave. the teacher in charge wang lao shi also super cute la. always so enthu and willing to try new things. pei fu pei fu. really cool when she told me xie xie ni ke yi kan chu wo ban de gu niang man xi huan ni de. whee... no lor. should be xie xie to the class for making my four days there pretty enjoyable. guess i'll miss having them around.

went for the four two gathering right after breaking camp. wow haven't seen them in literally year. realised i really always go missing for the longest periods of time... quite tired of people asking me why im so busy or if im ever free. sometimes i just wish to have a few free days. a few free days to do whatever i want. quite shi bai. i realised i haven't managed to do a lot of stuff that i've wanted to do since the end of my A levels. example- boardsailing. just a one day course. or rather pretty much half day... i haven't even managed to make time for that. =( ahh. shall stop here before i start whining or something. need to relearn emath now. it's been a long long time. heh. tired...

how do you know when you're losing it?
when you go for a run and your knee yells out in pain you run faster.
when your ankle starts hurting as well you go even faster.
when your back starts to ache you continue running.
when your other knee decides that it's enough and starts to hurt as well you keep on going.
normal people stop and rest.

feels good to run again after so long. see a long run is still the best way to get everything off your mind. i miss running. i need it.
ran the old boys 5km route. 22mins 37 secs. not bad i guess considering i'm still sick, haven't ran for so long and my body's like degenerating or something. still faster than my 2.4 timings in tj i realise. guess a break is good. but i just wasted that i haven't been running during my you're not supposed to be running anymore period of time. im back to square one again. sigh.
running helps. momentarily. but suddenly im hurting even more than ever ='(

sigh grandpa's just been admitted into hospital. things just keep getting more interesting don't they. promised faez i'd go see the doc too. then i need to head down to the cafe. arggh. i need... a break...

just received the letter for nus. i really don't know whether to be happy or to be sad to have received that letter. last year's enrolment for engineering school: more pple are enrolled into chem engin than common engin. er i must be so lucky. rarh. damn la. guess it's the i didn't take physics part? rarhs. went to ntu for the talk the other day. didn't realise accountancy is so competitive. 60% of the intake are three As students. errr... and yeah sam and i did get in through the direct admissions after all. hmm... i really don't know. i think i need a lot of time. a lot of time to think everything through.

anyway back from camp at mawai. pretty interesting experience apart from the perpetual lack of water. students from the international school are really different from local students. i guess that's what makes them really interesting. but hey for 9 year olds to go trekking up a mountain... i think they did well. not an easy task. caught up with my good friends mr leeches. but again they refused to bite me. fine. camping again soon. loola next week. realised doing camps is a good way of trying to get away from everything. though i guess it doesn't work all that much. heh.

haven't been blogging much. i'm sorry. don't really feel like blogging. i'm off the next two days before i go into camp. can't wait. i realise though sometimes i feel a bit afraid to go for certain camps i really end up missing them in the end. the upcoming mawai camp sounds super fun. really really cannot wait. motor boats... night cruise to see fireflies (really serious)... water obstacle courses, trekking up gunung arong and all. omg exciting exciting exciting! canadian international school. wonder how different it'd be from normal camps. =p loola coming up soon too... yay and i really want to do another HA camp. serious. fun fun fun i like =) you know initially when i first started doing camps... honestly, i pretty much disliked it. but now it's pretty much done a hundred and eighty degrees change. i'm enjoying it and i'm really happy and excited to learn new cheers. and to this i have someone to thank. firefly you rock. please dun ever say firefly sucks ever again. please don't.

omg omg omg omg hahahaha i've been accepted into ntu accountancy already. and wth i didn't even have to go for the interview. thought there was supposed to be one? ahaha sorry can't stop laughing at the one of the top candidates offered a place in the programme. hey i didn't do all that well lor. bet they wrote that to everyone who got accepted in. got some special invitation to their high tea. should i go should i go should i go? hahahaha but i applied for ntu for fun only leh. need to see what nus offers me. ahh oh no now i've a lot of things to think about. maybe i should accept accountancy instead? oh man. hahaha why am i so excited. i must be mad. hahaha. omg.

ahh busy tired i update at weird timings. finally got my wish to go for a ha camp at jbac fulfilled. haha luckly firefly pulled me back to a camp high a few days before. haha yay! jbac is really nice... and ha camps are funnn... especially the campfire. seriously. never had so much fun at a campfire before. haha i've a pink ranger cheer too. haha super cute la. anyway the poi ching kids are really cute... quite miss the instructor mango sleep with us leh, the why you always have a song for everything one and all... ahh so cute lor. ask me to write in the autograph page also got requirements one. one long paragraph, signature, name, smily face and a cheer. hahaha write until happy lor. so many booklets. haha... oh well but something about the camp was the after campfire debrief. found it quite heartening and meaningful. if we hold on together... some part of me felt that that touched and changed a few of their lives. haha... oh man i'll always remember this camp. one of my kids wrote to me... although you may not remember us, we will always remember you. wow all captured within a simple sentance. i'll remember you all too! =)

camping soon again next week and the week after. mawai and then camp loola again. i think i seriously do more overseas camps than local camps lor. but good also la. different type of experience. this time round... i'll do it good and i'll make it good. i can do this. must jiayou wor . yi ding yao you xing xin. =) anyway work at the cafe's been pretty fun... lots to learn from there. =) haha oh well. very tiring though juggling so many things. still need to do the trekking report and the notes... needs time... tired tired.. too tired to do it =(

haha oh something really funny happened last night. haha ardi rico and i went to visit yanling at her sph booth. rico left. so it was ardi and i left... we went shopping etc to kill time. then when it was finally time to leave, we walked to city hall mrt. and i was too lazy to walk back to suntec to take a bus home so yup ardi and i walked to the bus stop behind peninsular plaza to take a bus home. but i didn't have a bus there. cleverly remembering finding a way from clarke quay before, i declared that bus 10'd probably be at clarke quay there. so yup we walked there from city hall. from bus stop to bus stop we were checking for my bus... all the way until we reached past outram park before we finally gave up and took a bus to vivo so that i could take 10 home. haha and yup i cleverly dozed off.. and the next thing i knew... i woke up at tampines interchange. at 130am. smarttt... haha anyway yeah the worst part was that we just found out that haha bus 14 which goes to my house there, was right outside city hall mrt station. haha woo hoo... win liao. hahaha...

sigh still want to try boardsailing and learning a dance. hopefully i'll have time for that. still want to go backpacking in june... heh. ahh wish me luck. hahaha. =p

tired tired tired! dead busy... i think the people that i actually meet nowadays are yinwei, eng wei, ardi, song xi, stephen, firefly and now rui long... other than that... i barely ever meet anyone else. i've like disappeared. ahh busy busy. i'm going to start disappearing soon again. sigh. anyway i realised my boss at the cafe call me kimbo too. lol. quite funny when it happens. like half the world uses that nickname now. very nice to use meh? haha i'm quite amused by it. anyway realised there's a posb go card when i was doing some errand today. haha so funky la. can be used as a debit card cum atm card. haha rui long tells me it's been around for quite some time. haha omg i feel so out of touch with the world these days. i wanna upgrade to that card too! looks so funkaye =)

anyway something interesting happened. or at least so i think it's interesting. haha. on the way home there was a sit on the mrt. so seeing a more um yeah elderly uncle... naturally i gave the sit to him. was super tired then. i think he could sort of tell. i was falling asleep standing... then when he alighted at bedok he kept thanking me. haha not bad. at least i did something um meaningful today. is that the word. shit. too tired. i think i'm not thinking properly already.

mum left for taiwan this morning. went to the airport to send her off before work. ended up trying to kill my time at starbucks. =/ luckly firefly called and haha entertained me throughout while he packed his bag for his camp. met firefly at raffles place and haha we played the don't board the train when it comes game. hahas. kidding. ehhh hahahaha firefly! i seriously didn't know that your course is part of the engineering faculty in temasek poly lor. hahaha... yay we'll all go to engineering school! if that's what i accept. lalala... hahaha in comes a firefly msg when i type this. firefly is uber tired. sorry firefly... made you sleep so late last night. then now so tired. heh. =/

going back to ij tmr with rae hui... and jean literally just told me that the ij fiesta is tmr morning till early afternoon. heh. i see i see. they must have been planning a celebration for our homecoming for months. if not it wouldn't be so zhun lor. especially when i haven't been back to ij for years. literally. hahas. oh yeah btw the word of the day yesterday was akimbo. WTH. there's such a word?! not singular form of a kimbo. but a word itself. wo bei shocked diao lor. haha omg. seriously. oh well. hahas. omg i'm talking a whole load of rubbish. tired tired... pop! goes my heart... sorry that song's running in my mind now... so so tired... zzz...

hey... haven't been updating for quite awhile. just a post to show that despite all the rumors, i'm still pretty much alive. haha. sent eng wei off to tekong today. saw mingwei's friend kay kham at the saf ferry terminal ushering i think. haha. yup. anyway went to tekong first time ever. looks good sia. better than a resort. or at least so it seems la. had a tour around... eng wei's in mohawk. haha what an interesting name. oh well. hope he has fun in there. at least he has jie kai there. haha... upon returning to the saf terminal guess what... we saw chao kiat! going to enlist too. so qiao. hahaha cool. tekong... haha sia la... maybe i should sign on =p oops. haha.

been in kulai the past few days. mmm interesting i got to use a saw. hahaha. cheap thrill i know but hey it's kind of cool yeah. haha. been quite busy the past couple of weeks... but at least it seems to be dying down. starting work at a cafe tomorrow. wonder what it's like. always wanted to try waitressing. finally i'm going to get my wish fulfilled =) yay another off my wish list. got a call from high achievers this evening too. going to do a camp for them later this month. yeah man. soooo exctied can. hope hope it's jalan baht. i reallly want to go there. but anything lor i just really want to try a camp with them. haha =) yays. anotherrr thing off the wish list. yay it seems that i'm finally fulfilling what i want to accomplish within the holidays.

anyway yes i finally decided that i should start going back for physio. sorry everyone for taking so long to decide to. sorry for making you all worry. heh. my left knee is dead, right ankle dying and right knee starting to die. wow. =( yeah i'll start going back for it once i find out where i should go to do it. i wanna change place for physio. heh. ahhs. sigh. oh well. rarhs.

hey hey short update before i leave for kulai in um a few hours time. been an interesting couple of weeks i guess. watched my second movie of the year today. i realised i'm really very no life. second only leh. hahas. anyway met firefly today... had an operation find firefly at ps. haha quite fun and funny cos haha i was so lost. and haha yay i got surprised with a mr tortise. ooh so cute la. yay i like surprises hahas =p music and lyrics is a nice movie. go watch =) really tired. haven't slept. long long process of planning. hehs. lucky there was mr tortise for me to play with. hahas =)

been going to nus for the bazaar the past few days. had some happy time shopping around as well as helping to promote the booth by haha making friends with the other shop owners here and there. haha. saw rachel today! haha science faculty. not bad. quite an interesting experience i guess. oh quite scary i nearly missed a couple of uni deadlines. been in camp for too long already la. so completely unconnected with the world so much so i don't really know what's going on already. haha. had to ask mr lim to write me a last minute referee form for nus on the closing day itself. feel so so bad. thank goodness for him.

oh camp christine the other day was not too bad too... saw froggy who was literally a fence away at jalan baht. nice campsite. i want to try there some time soon =) interesting. learnt a lot. learnt how to rarh rarh a little (luckly for firefly who helped me to kick start it =) ). though seriously i think i suck at it. cos i dun like to. oops. managed to kayak towing titanic as well. all pretty interesting experiences i guess. i even got a husband of 6 years can. haha to entertain the kids i declared that i was only 12 years old somemore. haha so funny having to convince them. hahas =)
